Three bedrooms will be available starting February 5th in a beautifully decorated home in the heart of Istanbul.

It may be possible to rent rooms out one by one, or you may rent the entire flat. This spacious apartment can accommodate up to six people, making it an ideal choice for families or groups.

LOCATION: The apartment is located between Taksim Square, Cihangir, Tunel in Galata, and Karakoy. This trendy area offers many bistros, bars, art galleries, shops, eateries of all kinds, clubs, and museums in a relaxed, bohemian lifestyle district. The neighborhood is safe and close to Istiklal Street, Golden Horn, and tourist attractions such as the Historical Peninsula (Sultanahmet region), Mosques, Hagia Sophia, and other historical landmarks. It is conveniently located near all modes of transportation, including trains, trams, buses, and sea transportation (islands). You can reach the Findikli Tram station and Kabatas Ferry pier in just a few steps! Mimar Sinan University is located 10 minutes walking distance from the flat.

THE FLAT: This large space has beautiful details and gets loads of sunlight. I’ve decorated it with modern and antique furniture and some artistic pieces. Despite being on the entrance level of the building, the living room and bedrooms are elevated one floor above street level, so there’s no need to worry about taking the elevator. A lovely patio and garden are outside the building, with greens and trees. The apartment has a stable wifi connection. I have upgraded to the fastest service available in my area. There is a central heating system and a powerful AC unit facing the living room that cools the entire flat within minutes. The other two rooms have ceiling fans. Additionally, there is hot water all year round. The kitchen has all the amenities you need to prepare your meals. This includes a variety of pans, utensils, cups, glasses, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, and a fridge/freezer. A washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board are available. The bathroom has a bathtub, a showerhead, and a hairdryer.

There are three rooms in the apartment unit.

Room 1: is behind the white bookshelves and separated from the living room by two sliding doors to ensure your privacy. This cozy room offers a view of the small patio garden. It features a comfortable queen-size bed, a powerful air conditioning unit, an antique closet with mirrors, and a side table with a reading light.

Room 2 has a queen-size bed and a view of the front garden. It has a quiet ceiling fan and blackout curtains to ensure a peaceful night’s rest. Additionally, there is an antique closet, a unique side table, a handmade reading light, and a small desk with an antique chair for a comfortable workspace.

At the other end of the flat, you will find Room 3, which features a double bed. The room is adorned with antique furnishings, including a spacious closet, a reading light, a side table, and a safe passed down in my family for generations. There is a ceiling fan for hot summer days.

There is an internal security alarm system.

The rent is 55.000TL, around €1670. Per room €555. I will ask for a security deposit of one month’s rent. The following bills are already included in your rent: 150TL electric bill, 250TL Water bill, 207TL wifi bill, 350TL Gas bill, and 350TL building management fee. However, if the usage of amenities results in higher bills, you will be required to pay the remaining amount to ensure that the total cost of the bills is covered. I will have my cleaning assistant clean the flat once a week or twice a month, depending on necessity, and it is included in the total price.
