The apartment is located in a 16th century building that is renovated in 1996 and is suitable for groups up to 8 persons, including families, friends and business associates who would like to enjoy the privacy of their own room.

This 200 square meter 2-level apartment is welcoming quests on the 3rd floor with 3 separate bedrooms. All these bedrooms are located on the lower floor. In the first one, there is a queen size bed, that can comfortably fit 2 people in it. Second bedroom also comes with a double bed and the last one comes with 3 single beds. There is also 1 sofa bed available for the 8th person. The apartment has a nice and bright living room, which is a perfect place for chilling and resting after a long day in Tallinn. The living room has a fireplace (currently decorative only) and sofas that can easily fit 8 people. The room has a flat screen TV with many international and local channels in it. The kitchen is fully equipped and has kitchen utensils, fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle and an espresso machine. When you move to the higher level using the stairs then you will see a beautiful sauna with a chilling area, a shower and a toilet.

The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, hair dryer and shampoo, iron, iron board and a drying rack.

Please notice that bed sheets, towels, slippers and shower gel and soap are provided.

The apartment has an amazing location in the center of Old Town with all main attractions and sights within a walking distance. Closest grocery store (Pikk 11) is also only 250 meters from the apartment.

The whole apartment is for you to use. High speed wireless internet and TV international (including Finnish and Russian) & local channels. I have also provided you with Complimentary Tea and coffee.
