The space
Cosy 35m2 studio apartment located only 800 metres from Kultuurikatel & 400 metres from the Seaplane Harbour Museum – the most visited tourist attraction in Tallinn. This studio apartment has an open bedroom with living room area, kitchen and a shower.

Baby crib available for 5 EUR/day (upon request. Payable on arrival).

Although the apartment is only 35m2, it can accommodate a maximum of 3 persons. The bed is 160cm wide and the living room corner sofa can be used as an extra bed for the third person. The kitchen comes with a fridge, stove, oven, kettle, capsule coffee machine and all kitchen utensils necessary to prepare a meal. Please notice that there is no dishwasher.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, iron board and a drying rack.

The apartment is best suited for solo adventurers, couples, small families as well as students. Please notice that bed sheets, towels, slippers, shower gel and soap are provided.

Guest access
The TV has over 30 channels (English, Russian and Estonian). Free wireless internet is available for guests to use. The apartment also comes with free parking for 1 vehicle on the street.

Please notice that the apartment is located in a residential area & NO LOUD MUSIC, PARTIES or EVENTS are allowed at ANY HOURS. IF THIS IS YOUR PLAN, THE APARTMENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOU!
