Although the apartment is only 30m2, it has a great planning and can fit up to 4 persons. The living room has a 140cm wide bed and 140cm wide sofa bed. The kitchen comes with a fridge, stove, oven, kettle, capsule coffee machine and all kitchen utensils necessary to prepare a meal.

The TV has over 30 channels (English, Russian and Estonian) including Euronews and Cartoon Network for the kids. Free wireless internet is available for guests to use.

The apartment also comes with free parking on the street.
