The apartment is located in a central location yet really quiet and peaceful as the entrance and windows face the yard, away from the main street traffic noise.

The apartment has great connection with bus and tram stops only 200 meters away. Closest grocery store is also only 200 meters and Tallinn University just 300 metres from the apartment.

This Scandic Design apartment with private entrance has 43m2 and comes with a separate bedroom, living room, open kitchen with dining area, and bathroom. The apartment has central and floor heating.The bedroom has a 160cm wide double bed and a laptop friendly desk. The living room comes with a large sofa that can accommodate up to 2 persons and a flat screen TV with international and local channels. The bathroom comes with a shower, a washing machine and a hair dryer. The apartment is also equipped with an iron, iron board and a drying rack. The kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of kitchen utensils and has a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and kettle. I have also provided you with complimentary coffee and tea.

There is also parking for 1 vehicle for a small extra fee behind the gate in front of the apartment which is a great add-on.

The apartment is suitable for solo adventurers, couples, small families as well as business travellers. Please notice that bed sheets, towels and shower gel and soap are provided.

I have also prepared you a house manual. I hope you will find it useful during your stay.

The whole apartment is for you to use. High speed wireless internet and TV with around 30 (international & local) channels. I have also provided you with Complimentary Tea and coffee.
