Super cosy and luminous penthouse style apartment in the very center of Tallinn that gives a perception of staying in a house rather than in an apartment. Great location-10min walk to OldTown OR 3min. tram ride (tram stop is right in front of house and grocery store is also close).

The space
My apartment is a penthouse at a desirable location in the very center of Tallinn (Kesklinn) , offering super easy access to everywhere.

It is spacious and luminous home with a reading lounge (check the picture with hanging „bird cage“ as a decoration and many windows ) situated on a higher area in living room.
It can also be used as a bedding for 2 additional persons as a mattress is provided. So the apartment can accommodate up to 4 persons.

-10 minutes walk from Old Town
-tram stop is in front of the house (ticket 2 eur) and is 2 stops from Old Town
-with taxi around 5 eur from Old Town, from airport around 7-10 eur
– we also use app Uber (POP) or Taxify (local safe taxies)
-small grocery store is 500mt from the house, coffee shop is downstairs 100mt to right
-fast WiFi
– Bed linen and towels provided
– In bathroom: there is a shower but also at the other side there is a bath (it is under a window so you have a sky view from bath).
– Fully equipped kitchen, so you can easily prepare your morning eggs or even bake muffins. There is a microwave and an oven.
-behind the house 50mt there is a separate playground for kids with sand,slide and swings (not in the house garden but a few steps from there).

Guest access
You will have the whole apartment for yourself and you are able to use everything you need.

Apartment is located on the 6th floor (in Estonia floor numbers start with 1, not 0 – so in some countries it could be considered as 5th floor) and there is no elevator. Luckily the steps are quite low and for years it was owned by a family with 2 small children, so it is doable. It`s the „cost“ for having a unique space where you will not feel to be trapped between four walls but get much light and spacious romantic feeling.

This apartment has actually 2 bedrooms but is listed in AirBnB with 1 bedroom (plus all the rest). My child bedroom is locked as it was his wish but it does not make any difference for guests as that room is after living room and does not make the space for guests smaller or inconvenient. You won`t even notice!

Other things to note
Our regular check-in time is 4 pm or later. If the apartment shall remain unbooked the night before you, you’re welcome to check in earlier. If you want to be guaranteed earlier check in, I can block the night before for 50% of the list price.
Check-out is at 12 noon, but can also be later free of charge if the night after you is free.
