The room I have to rent is a 11m2 bedroom in a completely renovated 68m2 appartement, with terrace. The appartment is ideally located between the city center and the places for studying (less than 10 minutes walk from Allées Paul Riquet, 800m from the IUT and 1.3km from Paul Valéry University).

The bedroom has a bed that can be both a king size bed or a single bed, a bedside table, a desk with shelves, a wardrobe and direct access to the terrace. A small garden furniture will be placed on the terrace in order to be able to take meals outside, and some plants as well. I bought the place recently and I have not brought all my stuff in it yet. So more facilities are going to come soon (a table with chairs outside, a microwave, etc.). Also I won’t be there regularly until October 2nd as I am finishing a professional assignment in Marseille until September the 30th.

Wifi and Netflix are being installed. The kitchen has all the conveniences (oven, dishwasher, kitchen aid robot, Sodastresm, etc). The bathroom is equipped with both a shower and a bathtub.

The other bedroom is mine. I currently work partly outside and partly inside the accommodation. I am currently on the move until early October but that’s very seldom and won’t happen again during the school year. Also I can be gone for a week or so if I take some vacations but that does not happen so ofter. I am in a relationship with a man who is the daddy of a 8 years old girl and both of them can stay over sometimes.

I have a very cuddly and somewhat talkative cat, so other animals as cats and dogs are not allowed. Also the flat is non smoking and I do not want to host parties or so. The flat is located on the first floor and I have a storage below so we can agree on putting a bicycle in that storage downstairs if needed. Smoking and parties are completely prohibited.

The monthly rent is 330 euros and the monthly expenses are 30 euros so that makes a total price of 360 euros per month. The student is responsible for his/her own shopping, grocery shopping, cooking and house keepping/cleaning.
